Heidi Leland is currently the president of SKD USA Foundation Inc registered in South California. She used to be our shelter volunteer when she lived in Korea from 2016. She adopted two of our dogs in 2016 and assists our rescue dogs in rehoming and placement in California. We plan to do campaign for raising awareness internationally. Heidi leads the board of SKD’s USA Foundations Inc 501c, our IRS Tax ID 83-3653519
