Our Barbie is a Korean Jindo mix and has the distinctive pointy ears to match. She is very clever and energetic, loves to walk and even jog and can go for miles without breaking a pant. Like many Jindos, Barbie also needs exercise for her mind. She responds well to training activities, games and long lasting chews.

The ideal home for Barbie will have active adults and a fenced yard for running and relaxing in the fresh air.

PERSONALITY & TEMPERAMENT

Should be an only dog – No children – Has exhibited a prey drive so no cats or other small animals – Needs secured / fenced yard.

Low trauma. Very sweet and playful. She may take some time and patience to bond and adapt, but very ready for a home of her own. To be considered a medium flight risk, recommend double leash with a martingale collar and harness as a precaution.

Rescue Story

Young is one of our SKD board members, she rescued Barbie in Yangsan City in 2019. After first being sent to boarding she spent some months at Yim’s training school.

No health issues noted. Needs high quality fresh food and lots of love and patience. All dogs have been spayed/neutered, updated on all shots and microchipped. Import papers, Rabies and DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza virus, Parvovirus) Vaccine Certificates will be provided. Travel crate and accessories also provided.
