Jupiter – Goyang Rescue (Fostered in Patterson, NY)

Jupiter was one of ten highly traumatized from the rescue in late June 2020. He is a beautiful boy, typical one ear up one ear down. Jupiter has been responding well to human interaction with the Sanctuary volunteers. He enjoys going for walks and being out in the fresh air. He’s had a bit of tough luck that put him in the hospital. First when he injured his foot on something sharp during the new kennel construction, then his neighbor dog gave him a good bite on his jaw that needed stiches. Through it all he’s been a trooper and he’s doing very well.

Jupiter will need a special loving home that will understand his trauma and give him time to overcome his fears. These dogs have witnessed dog slaughtering and heard the process.
