Po is the name of the village near SKD shelter. The butcher has been slaughtering the dogs for the last 25 years and supplied the meat to one dog meat restaurant right across the street. With the assistance of city official in charge of environment, total 23 were rescued 17th January 2019. Most of them are puppies.
