Kito – Siun’s Rescue (Fostered in Michigan)

Kito – Siun’s Rescue (Fostered in Michigan)

Kito was named by our Name Game organized by Willow’s Wish. He is one of the unaccountable numbers of head saved from Hanam City, the city notorious for dog meat.

He escaped during the time of rescue roamed around in the village under huge construction.  Siun managed to catch him. He was very emaciated and he was skin and bones when he first joined our shelter.  He’s been eating well six meals a day two treats in between. He is not pet-able yet but came out when we left the kennel door open. We will try to take him out for a walk in early August.

Kito is now being fostered in Michigan as of 11/25/20 and will be looking for the perfect forever home.  He’s a gentle giant and gets along well with other dogs and friendly towards humans.  He has a good appetite and is of a calm demeanor.  He is to large to put on a domestic flight so we are looking for his perfect home that is within driving distance of his foster home.

Kito is about 2 year old, current on vaccines, de-wormed, neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and his current weight is 23 kg.  He will need to gain about 10-15 pounds to be at a healthy and acceptable weight, which his loving foster home will be working on with him.
