Songma is a next village where SKD shelter is located. We are neighbors. A villager at Songma came to inform Nami of this old butcher. He spent 45 years slaughtering dogs and he claims he killed more than one milion dogs for the meat.

Nami went out to the village and negotiated with the old man who is an alcoholic. He release those 14 including a mom with six just born babies. There are 8 dogs still roaming around the village.
